Speed Modeling

I've always liked BIG | Bjarke Ingels Group. Most of his BIG Ideas always gave me inspirations and motives to keep me grow and improving myself. One of my favourite is Ren | People's building at Shanghai, which modeled after a Chinese character of people "人"

Modeled in rhino3d rendered with vray.

Laser Phosphor Display (LPD) Technology

The Latest Display Invention!!
Posted by LED TV Experts

Why we say it’s a benefit for us…
This new technology makes it possible for us to consume less power up to 75% than other display technologies. LED TVs can only offer 40% less power and there’s a great difference between the two. The company also said that this technology is cheaper to build. With that, let’s hope that the price will also be cheaper when they are out on the market soon. This new technology makes televisions to last longer. Screens will also be 3D capable. With this you can have a home movie theater and enjoy different 3D movies as long as you want. From toy story 3D, to Monster vs. Aliens and to Avatar, so be it. It has also a wide viewing angle up to 180 degrees. Now we can enjoy any scene at any angle we want. The screen will still be eco friendly because no mercury was used during the process of production. “Lower cost of ownership” is still questionable because we haven’t seen it yet. Once it’s been publicly released, let us be the judge to that.

Why it gives us reason to dislike it…
As of now, we still don’t know what reasons to give why we dislike it because the product is not yet available in the market. However we all know that there will always be some reasons to dislike it. No invention is 100% perfect and there has no invention that has satisfied all consumers. What we can do now is to keep on waiting for the product to be released and keep posted on the news regarding this new technology. Rest assured that there will be a follow up article on this one once the new TVs will be available in the market.

...soon we could use it for the whole building facade...
